short snaps of life is proud to be a part of Earth Hour 2009! with the support of Old Man and the exception of my modem and Kakak's tv (cos we are too scared to tell her to turn it off lest she gets bored and starts talking to us :D), the whole house is off electricity. oh yea plus my fridges and water purifier thingy la. wad to do.

alas, apparently the neighbours are not as socially conscious as we are *ahem ahem* haha. out of 20 houses that i can see, a maximum of 5 are lights-out. kudos to the indian house 15 degrees of my front gate, they have a huge compound which is brilliantly lit almost evrynight, but not tonight!

let there be hope in the darkness..

also ho...if we keep doin this...then no need for the 12 freakin dams they wanna build right!

i've got an idea for a new blog. no, it's not going to be my new blog, this is still my own narcissistic view on the world but yeah, i've been wondering what the best places are to go for certain services and purchases etc. don't get dirty now, i mean places like best nail salon, haircuts etc.

buy me a drink

so was having a discussion with Diehard and i just realised something.

apart from me pretending not to know or the person being under obligation to do so due to family/friend relations, no guy, and i mean no guy has ever bought me a drink. isn't that sad? at 25 years of age, apparently i wasn't(still am not?) too hot enough for a guy to buy me a drink. or just because he likes my (??) personality. either that or i'm John Wayne when it comes to whipping out wallets.

why? why? whyy??

another thing just came to me. i think i've bought more drinks for guys than have been bought me. zomg.

so next time if you are of the male persuasion and don't mind the imminent threat of Diehard's fist bearing down on your (hopefully chiselled) jaw, please? pretty please? :D

i was drifting in and out of a boredom-induced coma when a surprise sms came in the early afternoon today. so about a hour and a half ago, my knight in shining black armor showed up in THIS!!!
no it's not the exact same car but very similar, i am so sakai over getting to ride in it ok~!! and i don't even have to admit it, cause evryone knows i'm sakai hehe :D yes i know it's just a car, but ohhh look at it~~ so nice and BLACK and shinyy....~~
