scents and memories

i just realised it's 2.29 a.m and i have less than 2 hours to go before waking the LOG up. what was i so immersed in?

anyway. the point of this post. you know how the smell of washing powder makes you think of Sunday laundry, while the smell of hot tyres takes you back to exciting dark nights on certain long strips of roads outside of your hometown? (ok, that could just be me :P)

and then there's that smell...the one you've never smelt before but feels all so familiar somehow..like coming home...
